Design Services - Tennis, Sports & Multi-Use Games Areas.

Chiltern sports offer the ‘full package’ one stop shop from design through to final handover.

The design phase is paramount in ensuring the finished facility meets all the criteria required from the client, the end users and often a specific sport governing body involved in the project.

Chiltern Sports are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance for our client’s additional peace of mind.

Being part of the Sports And Play Construction Association (SAPCA), we ensure our design team are fully aware of all updated codes of practice, specifications and standards from sporting governing bodies.

Being aware of the sensitivities involved on many projects, we combine detailed site appraisals with the latest autocad technology, offering design drawings as standard, to ensure the client has as much information on the finished facility pre-construction as possible.

The Process:

  1. Following an enquiry a Chiltern representative will arrange a site visit in order to ascertain the nature of the land, accessibility etc, (trial holes will be hand dug if necessary).
  2. An informal site meeting should be held in order for us to ensure we know the exact requirements of the finished product, so that we may design a bespoke facility.
  3. The Chiltern sports design team will produce drawings of the proposed facility to be approved by the client.
  4. A conclusive quotation will be produced and issued based on the drawings.
  5. Should planning permission be required we are more than willing to help collaborate all the information required and produce side/front/rear elevation drawings as requested.

Laser levellingThe above process is the simplest way of making sure that we provide you with the facility that most suits your requirements and the best part is its free of charge and you will be under no obligation.

We are firm believers that even with the best pre-construction information, it is sometimes hard to visualise the product and therefore encourage all our clients to visit previous works of the same and similar nature. If not to get a feel for the facility at least to get a feel for the quality of our work. We welcome clients to try and test the surfaces we promote and believe that this is the best method of ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.
